Wonderful stay

Liked: Citiez hotel in Amsterdam was a great experience. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure that we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The room was clean and the linens were also bright white and clean. We used public transportation to go around the city and there is a tram stop (tram 17) right next to the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel also provides breakfast which was great! It was always fresh and well stocked. The coffee was also very good. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The only draw back was the glass door for the bathroom, it didn't provide enough privacy. This might not be a problem for most people, I just wished there was a regular door to the bathroom/toilet.

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The free parking was great and very convenient. Bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Tram line very near also.
Disliked: Would have liked something hot for breakfast. A little far out but the tram was nearby.

Tulip season at Keukenhof:) If...

Liked: It’s a cute place close to a shopping mall, convenient access to everything with free continental breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. This place was a home away from home, with coffee and drinks at the all day Citiez coffee shop. The rooms were small but cozy. I saw many families and they were feeling safe in this place.
Disliked: A little away from major sights but we liked that, if you can take the tram it is helpful.
