Liked: Discount on food and drinks was great. Great vibe at upstair bar. Food was great.Quiet in rooms-couldn't hear outside noises.

Liked: The bathroom was not clean, there was a raging night club until 5am Sunday morning not a place to stay if you would like to sleep.
Disliked: Noise and cleanliness, very poor. Apart from the great location this hotel has nothing going for it.

Loud and noisy terrible stay

Disliked: Would have liked to know that my room was above a night club with throbbing music till 01h30 in the morning. For $300/night I could have spend that elsewhere in the city. Won't be back to Citiclub anytime soon.

Disliked: Nightclub next door that kept us awake the ENTIRE night with music from 12-5am so loud you could still hear the base over white noise and ear plugs with just a casual notification about it when you check in no prior warning never stay on a Saturday night!!!!

Disliked: For the money you spend, you’d expect a higher level of everything. The superior suite was very aged. Tile grout is mouldy, toilets are dual flush, but one side is disabled. Sinks barely fit your hands. The cleanliness was disturbing. Dribble marks on most walls eg. Where people have adjusted cords/ dried hands/ pulled blinds. No water jug. The lounge had food crumbs on arrival. Not until after I had booked did I see the reviews about the night club… night 1 was ok, but night 2, I got to enjoy every cheer/ bass of every song from 2.30-4am. And it because of this, I suggest you book elsewhere.
