Did not get room as requested. Our third guest was very uncomfortable in her roll away! Front desk staff basically told us they were overbooked and "too bad" about not having 2 double beds. I was and am not happy!

Liked: Cleaning staff.

Liked: Location was great, in the middle of 5th Street. Breakfast included was really helpful. We read about the breakfast in the reviews, but it wasn’t bad at all as a quick bite - different types of pastries, fruits, orange juice, and decent coffee. The communal space is very small so it depends on the timing if you get a seat, though.
Disliked: Price, but I guess that’s pretty standard for a Manhattan hotel.

Disappointment

Liked: Great location and nice rooms.
Disliked: We have made a booking 2 months in advance for a Premium room. However, instead of staying somewhere between the 22 floors of the hotel, we have been given a mezzanine floor room next to cleaning staff premises, full of noise during night. Breakfast was poor.
