Very happy and satisfied. Employees were polite and helpful.

Did not get room as requested. Our third guest was very uncomfortable in her roll away! Front desk staff basically told us they were overbooked and "too bad" about not having 2 double beds. I was and am not happy!

Liked: Cleaning staff.
Disliked: Room accommodation.

Don’t stay

Liked: I would not return to this hotel, the room isn’t clean daily-unless requested. Under normal standards I would expect rubbish to be removed daily. Not asking for a full room service. We have had continental b-fast included, which is also required to be requested on a daily basis by putting a bag on the door. One morning we didn’t received b-fast despite the bag was placed. Rooms are tiny and there is no wardrobe where to put clothes. The staff is very relaxed and unpleasant. None will go an extra mile. It felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The only one positivity of this hotel was a location!

Liked: Good and clean bedroom. The air conditioner made a lot of noise and it woke me up a few times, but other than that, was a really good hotel. The location is incredible, staff was nice, and breakfast was a croissant, apple, and juice.

Liked: Would have been nice to have some variety in the breakfast. If you advertise that breakfast is included, i expected more. Could have maybe had a banana, and bagel with with cream cheese or peanut butter. Or even a muffin.
