Did not get room as requested. Our third guest was very uncomfortable in her roll away! Front desk staff basically told us they were overbooked and "too bad" about not having 2 double beds. I was and am not happy!

Liked: Cleaning staff.

Disliked: It was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The only positive thing about the hotel was its location, which was convenient. Everything else was a nightmare. The locks on the room were loose, and housekeeping didn't clean or make the bed— they only gave me new hand towels. The room was dirty upon arrival with trash still left behind. The hotel, except for the lobby, was old and filthy. My friend and I felt unsafe in our room, and the overall cleanliness was horrendous. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good hotel, do not accept...

Liked: Second night I was moved into a room in the upper floors. This was much better, larger and quiet. I enjoyed my stay since then, but the first night really affected my overall score.
Disliked: First night I was placed in a terrible room located in the lobby floor, literally in front of the elevators, and just 5 to 8 steps from the reception desk. You could hear the ringing of the elevator all night long, the staff having conversations, a TV turned on in the lobby, people moving carts and stuff around. Didnt sleep. I read reviews of people being lodged in a room in a basement in front of the laundry.

Overall our stay was wonderful.

Liked: Perfect location, friendly staff, clean space
Disliked: Breakfast was only served 2 times out of 4 day stay and could have been betterm meal.
