Room was clean and spacious. Perfect location for the concert which was across the street.

Liked: Espacious room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Distance between the garage, registration, and rooms. There was no service at the front desk when I tried to report some air conditioning issue from the room. There was no way to find help.

Disliked: Bathroom was dirty. Has not been cleaned. Dirty dry crusty towels, soap on floor, hair on floor, towel hook broken and toilet paper dispenser see broken. Elevators having problems. Only one or two of six working in the sky tower. Unacceptable.

Great location, but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: Great central location with free self parking. Room was spacious. Midway (fair-style games area) is a great space for kids.
Disliked: Getting around hotel initially was a bit of a guessing game (luggage drop off, elevators), the smell of cannabis and cigarettes even though we were on a non-smoking floor. It was also present throughout various locations in the hotel. Food court in the hotel was not well cleaned with food all over the floor. Bathroom was outdated.
