Disappointing

Liked: - Close to the beach- included beach chairs
Disliked: - Room was very loud (air conditioning unit outside of window in alley)- No view outside the window (into alley onto next house)- Breakfast choices included only a variety of eggs and bacon/sausage and white toast - upgrade to other menu options was not possible without paying the full price and the breakfast was cold in 3 out of 4 times

It was passable but not...

Liked: The location worked for us and the air conditioner was powerful.
Disliked: The grounds were not as nice as they appeared in photos, the rooms were not particularly clean, the staff was not particularly pleasant, there were minimal amenities.

Good value and style.

Liked: Liked style of hotel and pool. Pool was heated and lovely. Food ok. Guy who helped with luggage and taxis was super helpful.
Disliked: Had issue getting showers working but resolved ourselves in the end.

Liked: Room was a decent size with plenty of storage.
Disliked: Poor condition of shared spaces. Rusted sun loungers, scuffed chairs. Low quality finish of the bathroom.

Liked: Decor was nice, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly

Disliked: Staff was rude, didn’t even change linen or give toilet tissue, carpet smelledLike it was wet
