Great, romantic location with good...

Liked: Very comfortable room and facilities. Wine tasting and snacks in the afternoon was a nice touch. The grounds with outdoor seating areas, right beside the creek... wonderful. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: No black tea for those non-coffee drinkers. No propane in the heaters outside.

Pleasantly surprised. Sweet little place...

Liked: Staff was very friendly, free wine hour, and our room (the downstairs suite) was huge! And seemed totally new/remodeled and redecorated. Parking was convenient and breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Would’ve been nice to have one more breakfast item like a pancake or sausage.

Comfy, cozy, yummy breakfast!

Liked: The whole staff are most hospitable.
Disliked: My room had a huge jacuzzi tub but I prefer a shower.

Friendly, homey, quiet and charming.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, different meals on each of the 3 days I stayed, and staff was very nice. I appreciated them giving me a ground floor room so I didn't have to haul my bags up stairs. I was there to show our film at the Sonoma International Film Festival and the location was very convenient to all the event locations I attended. Loved having free coffee, iron and hair dryer available.
Disliked: Only downside was my room was next to the kitchen, so when it was time to prepare breakfast I could hear all the pots and pans clattering, and the first 2 mornings a baby continually crying. (No blaming here, just thin walls.) The 3rd morning I was prepared but the baby was at home with her dad. Otherwise it was extraordinarily quiet! I still brought a tip to the kitchen every day and left a $20 in my room for them when I checked out.

We enjoyed it.

Liked: Liked having a coffee bar available with both cafe and decaf! Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: I wish my friend and I had known that there was not a shower, but only a spa tub. Also, it would have been nice to have a bedside reading lamp on both sides of the bed—we are readers.

Friendly and very good value...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. The wine and cheese in the afternoon was a lovely touch and the breakfast was nice. The location is little too far to walk to dinner but fine if you're planning to use the car. The reception area's vey attractive and there was plenty of outside seating for good weather visits.
Disliked: Our room was much in need of attention but the cost reflected that. Bed linen and towels were very good and it was clean but quite dated with some repairs required.
