Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: We had multiple broken items; toilet.seat, blowdryer, coffee maker. Shower drain was slow and the sofa springs were so used it did not hold up well to more than 1 person sitting at a time. The bedroom area had evident water damage and the bed skirts were not all the way on the bed. It felt.singy and in disrepair.

Ok value, we were able...

Liked: Super comfortable bed. Not far from airport. But that’s about it. New-hires trying their best.
Disliked: The ‘shuttle’ is actually a Lyft/Uber that the desk calls for. But in Syracuse this can mean a long wait. We flewIn late and had a 20 minute discussion about the lack of a ride, got our own taxi and then had to ask for reimbursement.

Disliked: Card did not work to get in our room .Had to go downstairs t least 5 times to get in our room.Breakfast was not good .No fruit ,no meat very limited stuff for toast .Got no points for being a choice member cause Hotel is changing to another owner and no one knew what they were doing.Shower and tub water was going at the same time.

Disappointing

Liked: We booked a room with two queen beds and only got 1 king bed. We were unable to change that because they were sold out. Staff had to check our room before we could go up. Also, the hallway had dirty linen throughout the rooms cleaned that day. They are switching over owners and getting started. Our room was clean but had to have patience.

Pleasant

Liked: There wasn't much for my family and I to eat for breakfast Since we are vegan.We didn't have any dairy free butter for our toast or bagels.Or non dairy milk alternative.
