Disliked: There wasn’t real pillows on the room, had to really press staff to give us pillows lol also wasn’t towels and we never got them.

Disliked: The hotels pool is down for an “unknown” amount of time. There is a small sign on the front desk that the pool is down, which is the only reason this hotel was booked. When I stated it didn’t wanted to check in because of this, the front clerk stated…”good luck getting your money back”.

Would never stay there again.

Disliked: The description of the room being “accessible” is a joke. For anyone in a wheelchair it is totally lacking. There are no grab bars by the toilet. The toilet is not raised. There is a raised sill at the door making it difficult to get a wheelchair through. The bathtub is useless to someone in a wheelchair. The worst part is that the online description is misleading. If I had the above information when booking, I would have gone to a different hotel.

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: We had multiple broken items; toilet.seat, blowdryer, coffee maker. Shower drain was slow and the sofa springs were so used it did not hold up well to more than 1 person sitting at a time. The bedroom area had evident water damage and the bed skirts were not all the way on the bed. It felt.singy and in disrepair.
