Very comfortable and pleasant stay...

Liked: Lovely balcony view over the church. Very warm and comfortable. Extremely clean!
Disliked: The following are just constructive criticism and didn’t detract too much from a very pleasant stay. The breakfast didn’t start until 8am and meant I had to make alternative arrangements. Would be useful to know this up front on booking. For business travellers, I would say this isn’t early enough (and there aren’t many options in Ludlow. Also, checking in and out and any discussions with staff just doesn’t feel comfortable at the bar in front of other customers sat round the bar. Shower tray didn’t drain quick enough to keep up with the flow and I worried that I was going to flood the place. Very pleasant other than these points.

Liked: A great place to stay, a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. Immaculate clean room with a balcony overlooking the church. The pub atmosphere is friendly with a good selection of beer, the food menu has something for everyone. Highly recommend

Relaxing and enjoyable weekend break

Liked: Breakfast superb the young girl who served us was very pleasant and helpful ,we had a lovely room with a corner balcony overlooking the church , spotlessly clean . We had our evening meal in the bar I had the pie and my husband had lamb both meals we thoroughly enjoyed .staff all very pleasant .This is our second stay at church inn and we look forward to returning the location is perfect too
