Terrible resort and room

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The drive in, no direction for registration. Staff was terrible, kept saying my card was declined and tried 3 and it was their system, the room was disgusting, the coffee was horrible, the water park was terrible .

Liked: The apartment was beautiful we had a great time. Enough space for us and the kids.
Disliked: The internet and dropping all calls

Liked: The water park, walk around the property, pet friendly
Disliked: The beds are hard, the rooms had slim bedding, we were uncomfortable and cold, towels are small, soaps were not filled, and what was shampoo didn’t seem shampoo for hair, more like a hand soap. No access to drinking water, only saw fountain in water park.

Disappointing

Liked: Having our rooms in close proximity.
Disliked: We ate one meal there and were all disappointed with the food. The booth we were seated at made it difficult to include everyone in conversations. The water park was closed one of the days of our visit. We did not receive a discount for that inconvenience and had not been told in advance that it would be closed.

Superb

Liked: The room size and value
Disliked: Finding the main check-in building was a little difficult. The kids got lost trying to find the tunnel to the indoor pool. I'm sure during normal season every building check in is in operation. We were during the off season
