Good
Liked: The bed was comfortable, and the room was warm . Continental breakfast as you would expect well presented , the staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The lounge was between the reception and restaurant with no attractive outlook which made you feel a little enclosed if we are honest. Be careful when booking harbour hotels through booking.com look at the small print before pressing the button to pay . States breakfast included but it’s only continental you have to pay more for an English breakfast which is around 10.00 per person . 🤨

Could have enjoyed it more.
Liked: Quality of the staff. Attention in the dining room was exceptional. Room size more than ample. Bathroom well equipped.
Disliked: Bed linen. Too much filler in the fabric (cellulose). Promoted sweating and poor sleep quality. Bathroom water not hot enough for wet shaving. Room 102 is by the entrance to the Spa facility. Had to keep the blinds closed to stop people peering into the room, vehicles parked right outside the windows. Very unpleasant.

Liked: Cleanliness of te rooms, comfortable bed, very friendly staff
Disliked: Price was too high for the room size, also we paid for a 'Harbour View', we could not see the Harbour at all.Room was tight for space and dark.

Liked: The room was spacious and well appointed. Dinner in the Jetty was lovely.The staff were helpful and polite.

Perfect location for a solo...
Liked: Attentive professional staff across the board - reception, restaurant, bar and spa. Very clean and comfy room + "snug" double was a lot larger than expected. Food at Upper Deck is delicious and spa facilities are great - you can walk from your room in your robe and slippers directly into the lift and down to the spa/gym. Gym is well equipped (benches, dumbbells, cardio machines inc. ski erg), though not big. I booked a 90 minute massage and the lady was late to start (only 75 mins) but when I let the spa reception know they offered me a wonderful 30minute complimentary massage of my choice to apologise - fantastic customer service.
Disliked: I was lucky to get a parking space in the car park - it's not small but fills up quickly due to number of rooms.I wish I'd known about the "hideaway" area next to the pool to relax and read etc, make sure to ask about it!

Loved the spa. A lovely...
Liked: The location was excellent. Beautiful setting, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and everyone was very helpful.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Disliked: I don't really have much to say. The spa was very busy, the first day. Could maybe benefit from an allotted time during busier times so as not to feel overcrowded and take away from the experience itself.
