Liked: The location was fantastic! All the shopping areas are just by walking distance, and the tram stop no.9 is just across the road. The shower pressure was very strong, and what I liked the most is they used Prija in their shower room.
Disliked: If you have a lot of luggage, they have only 1 trolley you can help yourself to bring to your room, but the trolley is not always available.

Extremely disppointed; feel cheated

Liked: A stone's throw from the city centre; comnfortable beds.
Disliked: Not being notified that the rooftop bar and grill would not be open for any of the 4 nights over New Year that we stayed. In fact, we were not told this until our second night and when we said we would have cancelled had we been given a chance, we were told that that the rooftop operations were a separate business and the reception desk had only just been given that information. This totally ruined our New Year as we had taken a punt on a windowless room, intending to spend our time treating ourselves to cocktails, eating and relaxing in the skybar and restaurant. We were left with absolutely nowhere at all to sit, eat or drink on the premises except our claustrophobic room. There was not even a seat in the reception area.

Will definitely stay here whenever...
