Liked: Very quiet with magnificent views from our bedroom, well located for coastal path walks. Delicious breakfast and dinner and also help yourself to home-made cake and fruit for your lunch picnic. Delightful stay in an authentic Victorian setting with a very warm welcome and service.
Disliked: Nothing “not” to like but you do need to be able to cope with steps to enjoy your stay.

Very good

Liked: The food and service was excellent. Kate and her sister were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. The view from our top floor room was splendid and the bed very comfortable. Great location for walking the coast path and easy stroll to town and cliff railway.
Disliked: A steep path and lots of steps to the front door. Limited headroom on stairs and top floor landing, under roof beams with room under dormer... But then I am 6'4" so don't be too put off!

Excellent

Liked: Absolutely incredible views! Very welcoming and accommodating, the whole place is exceptionally clean. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is absolutely spotless. Having Wi-Fi is a great help as phone signal isn't great in this area, which isn't a bad thing when you want to switch off on your holiday. Breakfast is brilliant, the staff are very polite and nothing is too much. I will be coming back again. I feel this is going to be my new regular place to visit

Brilliant friendly staff, excellent food...

Liked: A most excellent breakfast and a big plus was the free home baked and very delicious cakes which you could take for your day out sightseeing or if going on a hike. Views from our bedroom window were stunning and were great to wake up too. Location great for getting to local town centre and for getting started on a day of walking.
Disliked: Nothing
