Liked: Pros: Across from Starbucks. Somewhat walkable to shopping plaza (about five blocks). Water pressure for hot was good. Room I got had a busy downtown street view and a couch in addition to the king bed.
Disliked: Hotel was a bit outdated. For $100 USD, a bit pricey as Safi Centro was only $50/night down the street and higher rated star hotel. Two people, only got 1 water bottle.

Bad

Liked: The breakfast buffet was delicious.
Disliked: The power went out all night and morning. When i asked the receptionist they gave me a very unprofessional reply and that there was nothing they can do. I understand of there was a power outage due to city construction but theres ways in handling it with customers.

Disliked: Facilities could improve the rooms need some updates, while the beds are clean they are old and not well maintained. You can even see mold.

the Bad Hotel

Liked: Not much, people were rude and unhelpful.
Disliked: the staff were not very nice, the bathroom had mold in tile. they didn't clean the floors of bathroom and the rooms smelled like urine.

Liked: Location of the hotel is close to the main parts of the city center.
Disliked: One person of the front desk was not attentive to help with some questions.Courtesy is valuable for customers, and they are there to help and provide support.

Nightmare stay with roaches

Disliked: I was suppose to stay 5 nightss however on my first night we saw 5 different Roaches in the room , we told night desk and we were told thatvtheee was not other room but forrst thing in the morning we would get a different room , we took our luggage out with us and actually cameback to hotel about 4pm in the afternoon inquiring for my new room, i was told it was not ready!!! , really!?!!?! , waited for awhile, then I asked to speak with manager and i was told he is in a meeting !!!, after half an hour aproximadamente waiting i just told them that either i get in a room or needed to check out!!, they reply " your choice but we dont have a room for you right now" it is incredible that even though i was willing to switch room until the next day in the afternoon they simple say that my room is not ready and management hides to deal with the issue, I would definitely not recommend it!!
