Superb

Loved Penzance though weather wet...

Liked: Room was clean and maintained to a high standard. Alan and Sally were friendly and helpful putting on the heating so we could dry our wet clothes. Good tea and coffee making facilities with lovely large mugs. Bed was comfortable. Good shower.
Disliked: We couldn't open the window but to be fair we should have asked for help with this. The ground floor room was a bit dark and cramped. I would have preferred 100% cotton bed linen and towels that hadn't been treated with fabric softener so I could dry myself properly. Option for breakfast would have been appreciated.

Very convenient for St Michael’s...

Liked: Comfortable bed, and on the ground floor which made it easy for a very early departure. Everything very clean.
Disliked: Lack of space, especially in the bathroom
