Disappointing

Disliked: Was unaware there was breakfast. The pillows were extremely soft and not comfortable at all. Shower heads were a bit shorter than sxpected.

Disliked: Walls were dingy and dirty. Cigarette burns all over the bedspread; had to pay an early booking fee even though I entered my room after 3pm.

Disliked: Toilet didn’t work even after it was snaked resulting in two days of feces in toilet Bathroom door inside handle didn’t work resulting in getting locked in own bathroom and owner didn’t seem to think it was a big deal so I had to keep bathroom door open at all times even when friend was visiting.No maid service Owner required a $20 cash deposit when checking in which was never disclosed when room was booked.

Nice, clean place to stay...

Liked: Very, very clean. Had ice machine. Water very hot. Air conditioning very cold. Staff very responsive.
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast offered. No coffee pot with complimentary coffee. No paper plates, cups or plastic utensils to eat food. There was no plug in the bathtub to take a bath. No convenient place to plug in my laptop on the desk. No smart T.V., just cable. Radio did not work.

Poor

Disliked: staff charged us even though booking was already paid in advanced through Booking.com. Until now, refund has not been made. It has been over a month now.

If I had to do...

Liked: The place was clean. Everything was in order.
Disliked: The woman at the front was a bit rude. She took almost 20 minutes trying to find my reservation. I just wanted to go inside and sleep. I almost canceled the whole thing From just being tired and frustrated. The location is awful. You won’t get any sleep with the way cars drive around.
