Liked: Good location, very quiet and peaceful whilst still being close to the area of Ipswich we were visiting. Very friendly host, good communication beforehand. Parking on site.
Disliked: Visitors should note that the various breakfast options offered will cost extra - not an issue, just need to be aware. Bathroom is not en-suite, again this is fine as long as you notice this when looking through the details.

Disliked: Carolyn is a lovely person, but I felt uncomfortable with the “do not” signage around the property. The “no shoe” policy and floor signage telling you where to put your shoes. The signage about where and where not to eat. Signing for keys.Finally, the bed was not very comfortable. I was pleased I had an alternative to go.
