Terrible, would not recommend staying...

Liked: The only good thing about the property is the central location. Everything else was very poor!
Disliked: Unclean room, dirty bed sheets and towels with yellow marks on them. The bed was terrible to sleep on, we barely slept it was so springy. The soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink were empty, reception said they would organise for them to be filled throughout the day to which they were not! And finally upon arrival we checked in to water maintenance on our level and the only resolution they could provide us is an upgrade at our own expense to avoid water disruption! I emailed the manager about all of this and there has been no response. Very poor. This is NOT a 4 star hotel as listed.

Liked: Location, and that's bout it.
Disliked: Mouldy pillows,blinds, and curtains. Water leaking through window which causes me to slip on tiles. Shower doesn't work. Room needs maintenance badly. Screaming, shouting and partying till 5am. We'll never stay here again extremely disappointing.

Liked: No ventilation in the bathroom, can’t open windows no fresh air, hard to find on site parking, the pool equipment was mouldy.

Great value for money

Liked: THe location was great, especially for the footy home game as it was within walking distance. It is also close by some great restaurants as well.

Liked: Fantastic location, super comfy bed, great size room.
Disliked: Hand soap dispensers weren't working/broke, but everything else was fine and in working order.

Disliked: Be very careful. They copied my credit card including the cvc and all my details into their computer. Permanently keeping your personal numbers forever. Anyone with access to the computer has your details. The receptionist sees and keeps your personal details and bank details. Huge credit fraud risk. Be careful. I travel constantly and never has this happened before.
