Liked: Value for money nice clean room friendly staff
Disliked: Bathroom is a bit tiny but fine

Liked: Location, valve for the night was good
Disliked: Too small, the carpet smelt like old water leaks, air conditioning didn't work.

Disliked: A lot of dust and rundown. Quite noisy from traffic, being right in the city.

Liked: Location, beds were comfy
Disliked: Walls, lounge chairs, curtains all dirty and stained. The walls were all marked, mould in bathroom, hole in roof where previous smoke alarm was. Dent in the walls. Skirting boards were either rotting in places or very badly scuffed. The lounge chairs were unable to be used as they were that dirty. The soap in the bathroom looked old and separated.

Disliked: Extremely run down - and definitely not 4 stars. Offsite parking was quite inconvenient, should have been included in the price, not as an add on.
