Terrible, dirty, rude staff, sketchy...

Liked: This hotel is TERRIBLE. The walls were dirty, the hotel smelled like cigarettes, and rude stuff, and inside my room, the baseboard was coming up. This is not the place you will want to stay. This hotel cost 92 dollars I rather add extra money and stay in a nice hotel. Do not take your kids here. Very sketchy people walking around. Every noise I heard I jumped up and the man at the front desk would give us extra towels to wash up with. I'm not sure if he expected me and my two kids to wash up with the same towel but please if you're a single mother or if you have children with you this is NOT the place to stay. The elevator floor is missing tile. The ice machine holds garbage and nothing works here.

Disliked: The carpet in the room was very dirty. The phone in the room didn’t work. The bathroom was not really clean. Had an issue with the television. A worker outside the building was smoking marijuana.The paint on the walls was dirty and peeling.

Liked: The staff were nice and the lobby was clean. My family enjoyed the pool area.
Disliked: The rug in the rooms is not clean

Disliked: Every surface from the walls to the carpet were nasty. You can visualy see dirty hand prints all over the walls and bathroom. The pool was so dirty and discusting the kids were grossed out. When we complaned the women just shrugged. My brother was in a differnt room and my daughter and family in another. They were all equaly bad.

great stay for cheap

Liked: the price and the cleanness of the rooms. wasn't too far from Chicago.
Disliked: it was hard trying to get extra towels. they should be more stricter on their smoking policies, there were customer smoking Marijuana in the hotel and it linger all throughout the hotel. we had kids with us and it was not pleasant
