Exceptional
Liked: Fitness center has very good variety of machines! Bar is also very good and very easy to get to! Lots of food places around and very close to the high way! My room was awesome shower and bathtub
Disliked: I was sleeping in the morning and the cleaning lady tried to come into our room. Check out isn't untill 11 and it was only 8 am .. good thing the door had the extra lock and wasn't able to open the door all the way

Liked: Location and the suites are very nice and spacious
Disliked: The refrigerator did not work replaced for another one that didn’t work. The light by the sink area was out and the bedroom tv had to be turned on by Maintenance because something was wrong with it.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Actually I didn't stay at the Chicago Marriott Suites Deerfield. After booking online, including entering my credit card info, and receiving an email confirmation, I proceeded to the hotel. When I told the front desk clerk that I'd just booked a reservation online, she asked for my id. After I presented my drivers' license, she informed me that there were no rooms available. "We've had a lot of walkins tonight, and we didn't have time to update the Internet information." Excuse me?? When you have so many walkins that you are full on a Tuesday night, that's the time you MUST update your online information so people like me do not foolishly expect you to honor a reservation and then find themselves scrambling for a room elsewhere.

Disliked: The fact that Wi-Fi was not complimentary really shows that the hotel company is out of touch with today's consumers. It should be included.
