Liked: Check in was extremely easy. I had my 7 month old kid with me and was provided a crib at no charge. Staff was friendly the restaurant inside the hotel was good. I honestly have no complaints

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our room was not very clean. There was some hair in our shower. The pillows smelled old and dirty and the carpet was dirty. The second morning it took the shower 15 minutes of running water to get warm. The fan in the bathroom did not work at all. Our room was on the side where our windows faced the highway and we heard lots of traffic noice.There were a group of young boys on our floor for a hockey tournament. They ran up and down the hallway for 2 hours yelling, throwing balls back and forth. Many of us asked them to please be quiet and they told us, "call the police if you want." Most of the parents were drinking in the lobby not minding their children. The manager came up and warned them and they quieted down some. The next night the boys were loud again for about 40 minutes. Maybe all hockey boys should be on the same floor to avoid this again. It was hard to sleep between the boys and the highway traffic noise.On a positive note this hotel has a great location near a mall, lots a great restaurants and shops.
