Disliked: The staff was rude especially the lady manager we couldn’t use our family membership discount I booked a year ago and I understood that we couldn’t use the family discount without the paper but they tried to charge us double all because you guys were sold out it’s like I understand you guys are sold out but I booked a year in advance you would think your company would have some sort of grace for customers instead of trying to get the most money out of us especially when someone booked a year ago
