Favorite hotel in Chicago

Liked: Might be my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were SO attentive and kind. Our room was a little small, (corner king) but it was the perfect amount of space. There was a huge wardrobe to put our belongings in. The shower was a rain shower which I normally hate, but this one had great pressure.
Disliked: I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like. It was perfect!

Great rooms, mediocre service.

Liked: Lovely building. Good location and great restaurant.
Disliked: Poor service. Valet was inattentive. Suite was not ready that we had booked. We were moved to a smaller room. Long wait. As a business order. Service is key. It felt that no one was in charge and nobody quite knew what to do. We totally enjoyed the stay however the service did not match what we paid for.
