Liked: Excellent location, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the staff very friendly. The room was very quiet too, despite the central location.
Disliked: I liked everything!

Great weekend getaway, and truly...

Liked: Our room looked down on Millenium Park and the "Bean". It couldn't have been a nicer location.

Disappointing

Liked: this is our third time staying at the hotel, it is always nice to come back the bars, food and heritage design is amazing. The staff were great and the location is excellent.
Disliked: - The pillows weren't great - we could hear the TV and people talking in the adjacent room all night, I understand its a heritage building but the level of disturbance was high - The value for money really dropped off in comparison to previous visits
