Very good

Liked: Location was great. Lovely bed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Balcony was a nice addition. Liked the communal area with free coffee's etc and the smoking area.
Disliked: Was slightly confusing having to check in at the hotel around the corner. Sometimes our key would play up and we would have to buzz the hotel to open the door. Would like a fridge in the room.

Nice location and acceptable price

Liked: The location was great, but the room was too small. Free coffee, toothpaste, and slippers – that was very nice.
Disliked: Additionally, near the window of my room, there was a large air conditioner that ran 24 hours, and it was always noisy. The first night, it was hard to sleep. I think the sound insulation needs improvement, and the cleaning should be more thorough.

Liked: Air con didn't work, fan wasn't effective, had to sleep with window open and it was noisy. Bed was super uncomfortable, pillows were not good, terrible experience

Liked: I loved my stay at Chic & Basic. Great location, everything is within walking distance. Amazing, will definitely stay here again. 😊

Liked: Nothing, was sent to another building when checking in, Room was dirty so then sent to another room different to what i booked.
Disliked: was sent to another building when checking in, Room was dirty so then sent to another room different to what i booked.
