Very good
Liked: 24h reception, friendly personnel, daily room cleaning, free drinks in fridge at arrival, free water and caffee all day in bar, 2 nice terraces, great location with park near by 24h open shop and access to several metro station just few minutes walk
Disliked: Room equipment is already a bit outdated and could be better maintained (e.g. jacuzzi not working), beds also not so confortable (at least the 2 additional ones in family room, the main one was ok)

Great location, very comfortable
Liked: The hotel is handsomely appointed with a cleverly designed and comfortable lounge, a walled-in terrace, and an honor-system payment bar. It's also located at one end of the iconic "Green Hubs" project on Carrer del Consell de Cent — a wondrous urban planning project that created a 1-mile stretch of nearly car-free walking, shopping, and dining experiences running through the Eixample neighborhood. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on, and they had the fluffiest pillows I've encountered in any of my stays in Spain (7 so far).
Disliked: The building is a bit old, so the walls are very thin and the doors slam loudly and don't sit snugly in their frames. The result: when your neighbor down the hall opens or closes their door, the vacuum of air in the hallway will slam and rattle your door in its own frame, and vice versa. If you're a light sleeper, this will become annoying unless you use ear plugs; the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs in the bathroom, ostensibly because they're aware of the problem and have deemed the never-ending purchase of earplugs to be a more affordable solution, rather than installing weather-stripping on all the doors to provide them with a soft-closing and snug fit. Oh, also there didn't seem to be any heating option, only air conditioning, and the room was a bit chilly even after turning it off.
