Amazing hotel with a lovely...

Liked: Friendly staff that couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect, nice clean quiet room, great location, One of the best hotels we've stayed in. nice breakfast and restaurant. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Porto. thank you to all the staff.
Disliked: there's nothing not to like.

Funky vibe with great location.

Liked: Great location with a funky, whimsical interior design. Rooms were very comfortable. Enjoyed the "poolside" bar.
Disliked: Staff was capable but not overly attentive or friendly. Hotel "upcharges" for what I would consider basic hospitality, such as refills on Nespresso coffee pods in the room (3 initial pods only no mater the lenth of stay) and wine glasses from the bar to use in your room. We brought back to the hotel a bottle of port that we uncorked ourselves, but bartender said there would be a 10 Euro Fee for the glasses. Very disappointing. Used the water glasses from our room instead.
