Perfect experience

Liked: The hotel is very well located and even though it is in a very busy and noisy area, the insulation is perfect and we had no problems with noise. The hotel has easy access to everything. I am allergic and I need everything to be very clean and the room was very clean, besides being exactly what we saw in the photos when we booked.

Liked: Great location. 5 minutes walk to the Opera house. Shopping around the conner. Noisy outside but the isolation was perfect. Great staff, useful in giving information and nice in communication
Disliked: Pillows and lights in the room to be improved. A magnifying mirror is missing.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly...

Liked: The location was perfect, everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a large shower. The overall design of the rooms and hotel was nice and modern. We would definitely stay here again!
