Liked: Perfect location within walking distance from main attractions. Easy public transport transfer to/from aeroport (40min). Personnel at the counter was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! We liked breakfeast in the cafe next door (charged separately). The room was super clean and recently renovated.
Disliked: Not a major complain but:1. It was too hot in the room.2. In the evening we could easily hear the music from the store located in the same building (the store is opened till 10 p.m.)

Liked: Lovely interior, good location near the shopping street and Sol station
Disliked: It gets noisy from the streets below - the mall next door holds children performances every hour; either get ear plugs or avoid if you’re a light sleeper.

Liked: The hotel is ideally located just steps from Plaza Mayor, making it incredibly convenient for visiting all the major attractions on foot. The breakfast offered was both delicious and healthy. The only downside was that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, and the shower area is open to the room, which might not offer the most privacy. Overall, a pleasant stay with a fantastic location!"
