Loved our stay

Liked: We had the executive lounge so was surprised at how big it was. Rooms were clean and warm when we arrived. The staff were friendly and were about should you have any questions. The whole site was clean and nice scenery and buildings like wood lodges.
Disliked: Im literally clutching at straws here but......Slightly dated in the lodges. The roads within the site had a few potholes in areas that could do with being filled.

Awful. The facilities were awful...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was dirty, they served us raw food, the bath water was brown, there was stains on the bedding and extremely over priced. We want a refund.

Amazing experience and had so...

Liked: It was a super calming environment both inside the spa and in the cabins/woods. All the people both staff and other people staying there were lovely!
Disliked: The walls in the cabins are so thin all we could hear for a few hours were our neighbours.. doing the deed.. LOL.

A wonderful stay, we will...

Liked: The cabin was absolutely gorgeous! We stayed in the Nidderdale cabin and it was absolutely stunning! The views were amazing, the sound of wildlife early in the morning was so beautiful. The staff were fantastic and the food at the Lakeside was incredible, especially the breakfast! The beds were unbelievably comfortable, it was just the most wonderful and relaxing experience!
Disliked: The only issue we had was that the wifi wouldn’t work in our cabin.

Superb

AMAZING - above expectations

Liked: Perfect room, booked standard room and cheekily asked for an upgrade to which the staff kindly obliged - we were thrilled with the executive cabin suite. We couldn't want for anything! the room was cosy, warm and had home comforts such as fridge, slippers and dress robes.
Disliked: The time slots for the spa weren't ideal for our short stay - but this would of been an added bonus to what was already an amazing stay.

Exceptional

Liked: Cabin had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Beds are super comfortable. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better. So convenient to the airport.Perfect.

Pleasant break although £175 for...

Liked: Nice room, friendly staff.
Disliked: TV wasn't working initially but this was soon resolved.£7.70 for a pint of lager seems a bit steep.
