Liked: Breakfast was quite good. The location was very good .Being able to leave our luggage whilst we went exploring before leaving the area .
Disliked: The shower over the bath.

Liked: The room was very nice, interesting design, our room had a balcony and it was beautiful watching the sunrise

Century Inn in excellent location

Liked: Very good location to Niagara Falls. Robin was an excellent communicator and was kind enough to allow us to secure our bicycles inside. Good after hours check in system. Breakfast was huge! Our King room was very large with a balcony on the lower roof which we enjoyed! Free parking was also very much appreciated.
Disliked: More flexibility around Breakfast timing since some guests wanted to depart a little earlier and the hot breakfast is at 9am though a breakfast bag was offered. Windows didn't close all the way which resulted in a chilly room (did not use the heating system). It would be nice to have instructions for the TV (eg what channels are available, what streaming services are available). Smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways...perhaps guests smoking in their rooms??

Liked: The location was great and the staff were all very pleasant.
Disliked: I booked and paid for a deluxe queen with a fireplace and balcony. When we arrived, the balcony rooms were all taken. The fireplace was pretty but couldn’t be used because the pilots had not yet been lit. The lamp and plug next to my bed did not work.

Fine for one night.

Liked: Great location with parking.
Disliked: The breakfast was not to our taste. It was syrupy sweet, mainly ultra high processed foods. We were thankful for the fresh fruit.

Liked: Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The WeGo bus stops right outside, I highly recommend this as parking is expensive at all the attractions. Big delicious breakfast kept us full until dinner.
Disliked: The tv was hard to figure out and one night kept turning off by itself. Shower could have been better but overall comfortable, convienient, would stay again.

Liked: Breakfast was served around one large table had to talk to fellow guests.Kept hold of luggage at our bus wasn't until midday.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a tray with coffee tea on it. We were on the third floor. Bit to far to run down in your nightie to get a drink.
