Beautiful & Relaxing!

Liked: Love how cozy and grand the home is. Wonderful breakfast served in the main dining room. This was our 4th stay at this B & B. We would totally recommend a stay here!

A Relaxing & Enjoyable Stay

Liked: This is a charming comfortable vintage inn located close enough to all the activity of Niagara Falls but just enough removed being on river road to be calm and relaxing after a day out. With a WEGO stop at the front door you have the option to leave the car to head downtown. The staff are friendly welcoming and attentive and the breakfast hot and tasty. The property provides wonderful spaces to relax and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Being decorated for the holidays it was wonderful to sit in the lounge and enjoy the lights the fireplace and the atmosphere. With free parking and access to a common kitchenette, the Chestnut Inn is a wonderful home away from home. Thank you Robin for making our stay so wonderful. We can't wait to return.

Good Stay, Terrible Check Out

Liked: The room was nice, location excellent and breakfast good.
Disliked: Everything was going fine till we were about to finish the breakfast at around 9.45 am. The host told us that the check out is at 10.30am. The reservation clearly said 11 am. However, we decided to honour their request and quickly pack up. At 10.25am, somebody comes and shouts “Train is leaving at 10.30, 5 min left”. We were trying to pack asap but it took us another 15 min and we left at 10.40pm. Between 10.25 and 10.40, that somebody came twice shouting outside our room, “5 min past 10.30” and then something like that again.

Not our first time staying...

Liked: Breakfast was very good as ususal. Not our first time staying at the Chestnut Inn. We enjoy staying there.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about

Liked: Breakfast was quite good. The location was very good .Being able to leave our luggage whilst we went exploring before leaving the area .
Disliked: The shower over the bath.
