Best budget place no issues...

Liked: Best deal around run by fantastic people.

Exceptional

Liked: It is always clean and not the usual kind of people hanging out front. Mike always keeps the Riff Raff out, so you can have a peaceful stay.
Disliked: The wifi was not working, he did switch us rooms closer to the router but for some reason we just could not get it to work. This was the only time this happened I have stayed here other times and never had a problem.

Didn't stay. Saw the room...

Disliked: Cleanliness and needs renovating. Cigarette burns on counters. Room smells funny. Our first room wasn't even clean.
