Disliked: The way they let the 4000 schools ruby teams ruin are whole stay didn’t enjoy the hotel one bit bossed out of every activity, knocked my son over in the arcade, they where running around the toddlers splash park like 6 year olds They where 16 year old basically full size blokes Playing knock door run on are door all night playing hide and seek in the hotel And like a stamped of elephants above are room not good at all bad set up could tell family’s there felt uncomfortable thought it was chessington hotel for families not a school sleep over staff had no control over this lot!!! I phoned reception 3 times and had to go down there twice didn’t change a thing though

Liked: Large, well-appointed room (as a single traveller, I'd somehow got a family room) in a quiet location. Breakfast in the morning was very good, with traditional, vegetarian and vegan choices available.

Liked: Good place to stay for work, when there are no school holidays. Staff are friendly, facilities are good, rooms are a good size with tea and coffee and a fridge.
Disliked: Everything was good on this trip.
