Liked: Breakfast was the best meal. The dinner was very poor and very disappointing. Not at all what I would have expected from a hotel like Chesford.
Disliked: The evening meal and the fact I couldn’t get a cup of coffee at 10.45pm because the machine was broken!! Really??!!!Also, no hot water in the evening (6pm) for a shower! Second year running!!!!

Liked: The restaurant and food was nice and the pool is warm
Disliked: When we arrived we checked in and when we entered our room there was someone’s stuff in it! We went back and got a different room our room was in a part of hotel that was still being refurbished. Our toilet didn’t flush the entire stay which was disguisting and our heating didn’t work. We was freezing all night and had to wear our day clothes to bed.
