After having booked a room many many months in advance, missed a call from the hotel two hours before check in. When we showed up was told the AC had went out and they didn't want to rent the room. Offered no solutions or other accommodations. So we were left scrambling to find a room the week of the 4th of July at last minute.

Liked: The only thing I didn't like was late check in and early check out if u don't get to check in until 4 or 5 pm u should get to check out at least like 2pm not 12pm. 12 pm is to early when u check in so late. Other than that it was great. Staff are exceptional day an night staff both. Rooms are pretty. Bathtubs huge kinda made up for not having hot tub but everything was really nice loved the balcony. Just need a later check out time with a 4pm check in.
