After having booked a room many many months in advance, missed a call from the hotel two hours before check in. When we showed up was told the AC had went out and they didn't want to rent the room. Offered no solutions or other accommodations. So we were left scrambling to find a room the week of the 4th of July at last minute.

Sucked! disappointed and disgusted

Liked: Fire alarms going off at 550am waking everyone up. There was no emergency. It happened twice. Room wasn’t cleaned well, bathroom door didn’t shut and there was very little toilet paper.
Disliked: See above

Exactly what I needed for...

Liked: It was very spacious.
Disliked: It was super loud in the hallways. There was a MMA fight at the facility- which I'm assuming was related to the noise. I heard people in the hallways all night long, including kids past midnight.

Would definitely come back again

Liked: Everything was honestly good and up to our liking.
Disliked: The AC malfunctioning

Liked: The staff at Cherry Valley are amazing. The service is exceptional. The Autumn Lights in the courtyard are absolutely beautiful.
Disliked: There is absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to Cherry Valley
