Liked: The room was really cute and comfortable. A little smelly when we got there but we solved that by opening the windows. Bathroom was very clean and worked well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very close to the main shopping area and attractions -- only 5-10 minute walk, which was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great. We usually got to breakfast around 10:00 am so the options were pre-packaged like bars, bottles of water, coffee, doughnuts, croissants, bananas, apples. Consider it more of a breakfast snack. But there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast. Use the breakfast bar to pick up a snack on your way out to a larger meal. That's what we did.

Disliked: The walls are thin. Sometimes I could hear people in the next room.

Liked: Breakfast options excellent, communication excellent, check-in all smooth
Disliked: There was an issue with the electrical panel and had no fridge/AC working because of that, we arrived at 7pm, so no staff around. But as soon as we informed the host, she was willing to come and help solving the problem. We told her it was not necessary (45 min drive) and we moved the fridge etc with her consent. Day after host immediately checked in with us and refunded the room after we checked out. That is an amazing guest service and we very much appreciate that we were reimbursed for the inconvenience.
