Facility worn, employees fabulous

Liked: The staff were great (especially given how many of them were affected by hurricane damage.. In particular, Chris, Megan, and Karli. They were all terrific, accommodating, professional, and solution finding. Breakfast was very good. Megan was very helpful in helping with food allergies and breakfast.
Disliked: Room was worn. Keycards failed on multiple occasions, necessitating replacements. Stink bugs won the wall and black mold on the wall outside the shower.

We will not return to...

Liked: Breakfast was fine, not exceptional. Neighborhood was fine
Disliked: The hotel is very dated, has bugs crawling/flying around in the room, and the bedding, while clean, was stained.
