Liked: The staff was very friendly and forthcoming, an electricity problem was quickly fixed.
Disliked: Details like a broken showerhead can be fixed.

Comfortable hotel in a brilliant...

Liked: The team at the Chenal are excellent. Really helpful and very welcoming. The rooms are very clean, comfy bed, nice bed linen and good pillows.
Disliked: The bathroom was in need of modernisation. The shower produced very little water.

adequate especially ellie who is...

Liked: as a consultant having been there twice in the last couple of months, I have decided to review hotel as a tourist. hotel is certainly enigmatic, staff are reasonable Ellie and Kasia are excellent they are so good, what was not put on review was that I stated that hotel cleaners were excellent, dont know why that was not put in.
Disliked: nobody speaks english could not get important questions answered as could not find out who is the boss, sothats why i am reviewng hotel as a tourist woman on reception was also good and would gladly return.
