Enjoyable stay - really friendly...

Liked: Easy to get round Manhattan and a rare affordable place
Disliked: It was good value for what it is - clean, tidy room in Manhattan at a decent price

super nice and comfortable! The...

Liked: We were very well received by Chris and his dog Chelsea (very very very cute). The room is great, the bed is super comfortable, there is a minibar and a sink which makes things much easier! The shared bathroom is always very clean and organized. We loved the breakfast! If you have a lot of luggage, remember that the place does not have an elevator. But tourists who spend the day on the street will not have to worry about this (for us it was super easy).

Liked: We enjoyed our two night stay. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. A well maintained property. Great staff. Good breakfast and great location. Enjoyed meeting the owner Chris. Very helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. Would stay there again if visiting N.Y.

We went for a theatre...

Disliked: Did not have breakfast.The location was on the Avenue near food stores and the main door was not easy to find because of the weed smoking gentleman stood in its porch way.
