Liked: The lodge was very well located really close to town Center. The room was large, linen extremely good quality, table was good for me to do some work as the wifi was strong. The toilet was large and clean. Ample car parking space. We liked everything there. The owner Deen is too good - friendly, helpful and above all a very good gentleman. Loved this place

Perfect city centre motel

Liked: Very comfortable motel close to Nelson city centre. Friendly and helpful hosts. Dean went above and beyond by dropping us down to the cycle journeys depot in the morning for the start of the great taste cycle trail. Loved the decor of the room and the forest and bird toiletries. Good off road parking and a lovely little private garden out the back of each room.

Liked: This is my favourite motel in Nelson. Always friendly and welcoming. Super clean and within walking distance of the town centre.
Disliked: Nothing

Great choice near downtown Nelson

Liked: Small hotel with hard working managers on site. Small kitchenette in our room was handy and room overall had lots of space.
Disliked: Lower floor rooms have small outdoor sitting area, nice but could use some updating of furniture.
