Convenient but never again for...

Liked: The Queen bed was comfortable
Disliked: Towels were “clean” had an awful odour (sour), several lights that didn’t work, toilet cistern didn’t refill immediately after every flush, shower nozzle dripped, other guests screaming during the night.

OUR GO-TO IN COFFS…GOOD VALUE,...

Liked: The motel staff are both friendly & efficient, especially the managers, Jess & Josh, who went out of their way to accommodate us during our three week stay & convalescence in Coffs. They juggled their room allocations around to fit us in & no request was ever too much trouble. Same same the cleaning staff. The Chelsea is in a prime location, so convenient to the CBD and entertainment venues.
Disliked: The motel is well-aged, but the current managers are keen to & involved in improving its appearance & facilities. Good on them.

Our ongoing “go to” when...

Liked: Central location, location, location.
Disliked: Happy with the quality & comfort & convenience.

Liked: From the tune I met the receptionist to the time I said goodbye, nothing but good!I was concerned about it being on the highway, but I had no disturbance whatever. I won't hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to anyone who wants clean, quiet decent accommodation with free parking at the door for a very economical price (I am a pensioner).
Disliked: All good
