Had we known, that since our trip to Toronto was to keep an early appointment at the hospital we could have had a reduced rate. We were disappointed that we were not informed. I also feel it should not have been neccessary to pay for our stay when we booked the room nearly two months ahead of time. What would we have done if we had had to cancel. No refund probably!

Perfect location; everything was accessible and in walking distance.

Liked: The room was fairly big, clean and updated.
Disliked: The room was too warm and we could not control the thermostat at all.

AMAZING! We even got an upgrade when we got there to a newer room, just because of a birthday. Also free parking! Very nice and clean.

Liked: New carpet in the rooms and decor. Balcony and terrific bed. All staff we delta with were very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The underground parking was a little tight.

Disliked: Room service wouldn't deliver to the room so for someone with mobility issues travelling alone I ordered food to be delivered, they wouldn't allow the delivery driver to bring the food up and when I told them I had mobility issues they flat out told me they wouldn't bring it up to my room & that it would be sitting at the courtesy counter. By the time I was able to dress myself & pick up my food it had been sitting for more than an hour & was cold. Bathroom was also small, little to no room to move around, I will not stay at the Chelsea again.
