good price/quality ratio

Liked: - The price (17€ in november)- The person at the reception was really helpful
Disliked: - The noise !! The bunk beds are awfully noisy, they move and creak everytime the person above or below lifts a finger- The absence of curtains : the city lights are really bright- It is a bit more far away than other hotel from the city center but that was ok for the price.
