Extremely noisy

Liked: Breakfast was outstanding.
Disliked: The flooring above us was extremely noisy. I don’t believe it was due to the guests. When mentioned to the front desk, we were told “it’s an old building.”

Liked: The only good thing about the property was the location.
Disliked: The property was very run down as was the room. Yes it was “refreshed” with new paint and the bathroom had new tile and toilet, but many more upgrades are needed to make the stay pleasant.

Disappointing.. not worth the price.

Liked: The location was really close to the beach.
Disliked: The room was dirty.. like real dirty. Both of the fans couldn't even be turned on without a shower of dust falling off them. The walls were not clean.. There were unknown splotches of something that looked like old honey on the entry wall. The fold out bed didn't lay flat and didn't even have sheets that fit. There were even little red clearance tags left on the couch pillows 😂 The molding around the door entrance was rotting (or peeling?) off, and there was hair on the bathroom floor in the corners.. We didn't feel comfortable eating breakfast here if the rooms aren't even clean.All in all my 9 year old had fun, but this was not worth the 250 bucks.Would not recommend.. We are headed home for showers.
