Super clean and very comfortable room. Excellent food at restaurant and buffet breakfast was fantastic.
Liked: Felt at home from first minute there.
Disliked: None.

The hotel and staff are...
Liked: The facilities are very nice and aesthetic, and the features of the room were all set up perfectly for travel and convenience! The staff were also all wonderful, I didn't see a single person who wasn't pleasant as could be!
Disliked: I had two main complaints and that is the beds are insanely uncomfortable. I'm not super picky and I actually prefer a firmer mattress, but this felt like sleeping on a wooden plank... The parking was also SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than advertised online, and even more expensive then just parking in the garage yourself. The max overnight fee for the parking garage is $20, where the Marriott charged me upwards of $28 for non-valet. You can re-enter with the Marriott pass, so that's the only reason to not just go to the garage yourself.

Disliked: I don't recall seeing that there was a separate hotel charge for parking. the bathroom was dated, the tub "paint" was peeling. and i do not understand why they put the shampoo, conditioner bottles where they do as it takes room in the shower.

Nice but for the price...
Liked: The hotel was pretty and in a nice location for Chattanooga.
Disliked: You have to pay $25 a night to park, the bathroom shower and shower curtain had mold growing… so that was definitely disappointing and gross.

Liked: Great location!! Very nice and clean. Will stay here next time in town. Also the bar was a great way to relax after coming back to hotel later that night. Great all around

Looking forward to growth!
Liked: I was pleased with the way management attempted to appeal to my disappointment. The breakfast was seasoned well. The location was great! Poochie, the restaurant manager, fixed my wait by bringing my breakfast order to my room. The hotel manager also gave me a free parking pass to accommodate the misplacement of my previous pass.
Disliked: I did not like that I reserved a king bed but received double beds for a romantic night with my wife. I was not pleased with the night staff's lack of trying to remediate the issue. Breakfast host forgot my order after waiting for 45 minutes and had to remake the order causing me to wait an additional 15 minutes. The room had writings on the ceiling and the room had old socks behind benches.

We missed our dinner reservations...
Liked: The valet team they were awesome! We made sure to tip them ever time we move our car. Also the bartender crew was very awesome.
Disliked: The customer service team upon arrival. We was told that we couldn’t use a certain are and had to go to bank twice because customer service fail to explain how much we needed to put in card. We was given a room on the fifth floor we went to the bank the second time came back our reservation was canceled. I had book a reservation with a single king bed when we came back we had a room on the 12th floor carper nasty with stains. The Toilet seat was track nasty. No microwave to warm our food. We barely fit in the bed.
