Great staff, comfortable place and...

Liked: The staff are very very kind. They let me check in early so I could drip off my bags and change. While I waited for the room to get ready, they held my back pack for me while I went for lunch. They offered me a ride multiple times on their shuttle. I will continue to come here, when I visit Victoria.
Disliked: All was excellent!

Liked: The room was great - very comfortable. Lots of space for us to relax and rest. Beds were firm and there were plenty of pillows. The sofa and chairs were also very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the lobby had plenty of seating when we were waiting for other members in our party to get ready to go out. Staff were very helpful when we lost a key card. Parking was easy and convenient.
Disliked: So there were some other hotel guests who were perhaps inebriated and noisy. Also there was some street noise that was quite disruptive. It was loud enough that I wondered if the windows had been left open. Weekend in the city! Nothing that earplugs didn't fix.

Liked: From the moment we arrived we have had great customer service. A standout was our server in Clive’s. Kaylee deserves a 5 star in hospitality! She made our evening special.

Nice 3 star in Victoria

Liked: Excellent staff and very good restaurant on the 18th floor with great views. Food was very nice and the service top class. Clives cocktail bar adds character and convenience.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the rooms which are now dated and old looking

Liked: Room was great, the requested cot was appreciated but so indented and rough my sons wouldn't sleep in it after one night each. Loved the room, wished the 'kitchenette' had a element to fry a grilled cheese or something, but we made do. Staff was great, very friendly.
Disliked: The cot was deemed unusable by my kids after one night each in it.

Liked: Rm #1405 March 20th -24th my daughter, grandson and myself. Good space for us very comfortable extended room with small kitchen fridge toaster microwave etc.. very convenient for snacks. Great view of the area, nice pool, clean gym. thankyou
Disliked: The hotel room washroom was a little rough, needs some care. but overall everything was great.
