Liked: Front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Comfortable mattress and pillows.
Disliked: Limited hotel parking in the rear. I had to park in section B and walk.

Liked: This wasn’t our first stay here. Unfortunately something has changed. The staff was very friendly & pleasant. Our room was mostly clean. The linens have seen better days. The bathroom was a different story. The drain plug in the sink was missing and you could see globs of greasy hair in the drain. The shower was moldy & the front of the toilet had streaks of what I believe was vomit down the front. The breakfast was out of a lot of things including hot sauce. How on earth can you be out of hot sauce in Louisiana? But seriously, they also were out of muffins/pastries when breakfast began.

Disappointing

Liked: Close to downtown.
Disliked: Nothing is getting repaired. Safe in room didn’t work. Shower soaps dispensers were empty. No coffee in room. most ice machines do not work

Liked: The town was great, hotel was fine, parking was limited, the receptionist was horrible, rude, no people skill at all. Also, they charge you resort fee twice and may not release your $100 deposit for several days.

Liked: When comparing staff to another hotel in which I stayed that week, your staff didn't come close to the friendliness. Room was nice and the environment fit the French aire very nicely. Loved the bricked courtyard.
