Liked: Front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Comfortable mattress and pillows.
Disliked: Limited hotel parking in the rear. I had to park in section B and walk.

Liked: Close to downtown.
Disliked: Nothing is getting repaired. Safe in room didn’t work. Shower soaps dispensers were empty. No coffee in room. most ice machines do not work

Liked: The town was great, hotel was fine, parking was limited, the receptionist was horrible, rude, no people skill at all. Also, they charge you resort fee twice and may not release your $100 deposit for several days.

Liked: When comparing staff to another hotel in which I stayed that week, your staff didn't come close to the friendliness. Room was nice and the environment fit the French aire very nicely. Loved the bricked courtyard.

Disliked: Ice machine was broken the first day on the first floor. Reported it but never fixed just told me to go to third floor. The tv changers didn’t work but maintenance fixed it. No soap dispenser in shower. Never replaced. No room service. No do not disturb sign for door. The room we stayed in, 106, was close to the back door and we continued hearing it slam when people came in and left. Breakfast was adequate and service was good. The front desk attendants were not the most cordial. Nice but not the best. The bar on second floor never opened. Ask the front desk clerks and they had no clue. For what we paid we feel it wasOver priced for what we received. Probably would not stay there again nor recommend it to others
