Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: Facilities are very dated.No sneeze guard on any buffet sectionsIn Australia, that would be illegal. Other hotels in NZ have this so Hilton needs to get up to speed.Not being able to make a phone call from your room was annoying. Staff had to put you through. Couldn't hear staff then couldn't hear the call. Had to go to the front desk and use there phone. Still charged for call, I couldn't hear.
