Disliked: The bathroom needs a really good scrubbing, and the trash cans need cleaned. Our television sound was not very good. It sounded better coming out of the speaker in the bathroom.

Liked: I. Had 2 rooms one for my husband and me, the other for my son and his family, The facility is awesome, location spectacular, beds very comfortable, personal very accommodating.
Disliked: We tried to get some drinks at the bar, the girl there didn't know what she was doing, took her forever to make one drink, my husband and my son just had beers, also my son called 3 times and asked for blankets, for the pull out bed , blankets never arrived. My granddaughter ended up using a throw blanket that I. Had

Disliked: We checked in at 4 and only stayed one night planned to leave after breakfast, the spa closed at 5pm so after getting settled in my room I rushed to the sauna and only had 30 minutes wish I had more time.

Liked: We loved the amenities and the spacious rooms. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: We couldn’t get housekeeping to clean our rooms. Out of 4 rooms they only came to two of them once and cleaned one time in 7 days. When we called for service we could only talk to an automated system and leave messages.
