Liked: The lobby entrance was clean and bright, beautiful Christmas tree, fire place also looked cozy. The lounge chairs were very comfortable BUT very heavy to move closer to table, the food in the lounge was exceptional, we both had the bacon cheddar burger and the burger patty (prime rib patty) was pretty thick and the ratio was spot on, 2 nice size onion rings on the burger, fries & gravy were also equally delicious, the waitress checked on a few times and our meals took less than 15 mins, our drinks were never empty, (pop and water).Beds were comfy, I don't use any other's pillows so we nvr used their pillows but there were 3 pillows on each bed. We got 2 queen beds. Nice size room, fridge, and they also provide utensils, plates, bowls & cups. So because it is a bit outdated and for the price of the room I would stay again but not go eat the breakfast.
Disliked: The shower head is out dated, sink had a big crack on the inside, both sink and shower dripped constantly, the nice big stand with coffee maker has multiple broken piece's of the bottom both corners (made it unstable on the left side) the tiles as soon as you walk in go into bathroom and they are freezing cold to walk on especially if you had a shower, hot water took about 1 min for the shower and sink. The breakfast on sat morning was horrible they sat us it was not packed but had people in there, so we r seated and order was taken and 3 more set of others walked in about 10 mins after we put our food order in and and THEY GOT THERE FOOD BEFORE US. and ours was simple 2 eggs hash browns, bacon was mine, hubby got scrambler, 1 of the tables that was served b4 is but arrived after us had the steak and eggs (booth behind us as I heard them giving their order) and it took bout 30- 35 mins b4 we got our food. Than my eggs weren't even cooked probably, hubby's scrambler had hardly any meat, cheese, eggs, it was literally almost allll hash browns. We thought because the lounge food was phenomenal that the breakfast would be equally as good but nope it was not. And when I went to complain about the drink machine (4th floor) the front desk lady would not look at me she kept giving hubby dirty looks & it looked like she was going to say something rude (he was standing by fire place) and just brushed me off and did NOT offer to refund me.

Springsteen Concert.

Liked: I liked the price point and it was close to the West Edmonton mall. $18-$20 cab fare/ uber to Roger's place.
Disliked: Nothing really. All and all it was a wonderful stay.
