Not great

Liked: The first room we were put in smelled awful, like smoke. The mattress was stained and the lamp was sticky. The lady at the front moved us and the second room was not as bad but was for sure not a super great.

All in all it was...

Liked: Very clean and great staff
Disliked: Too many homeless people in the area although they had great security measures in place. Didn’t have any coffee available in the lobby.

Friendly Staff, excellent location for...

Liked: Wonderful friendly staff when checking in and checking out. Cleaning staff stopped in each day and asked us if we needed supplies, we had a suite so only exchanged towels.
Disliked: Ice machine on the 4th floor was broken and we needed ice for medical reasons. There was easy access to 3rd floor ice machine so more of an inconvenience than something we didn’t like.
